Watched Land of Confusion by Phil Collins; total new meaning for me after having watched Inside Job (2010). Nuke target was people/economy. This is the land of confusion. This is the "state" of confusion (do not mean the United States is the state of confusion; the world has become the "State of Confusion") and we are playing their game. There is no Superman. We need to become Superman.

Self-awareness is a cruel joke. Intelligence and the ability to see beyond the day to day activities and life is truly a dogmatic joke, a cruel one at best. Why be forced to face reality when reality is not even real. It is a construct; something we erect in our mind and we bend it continuously to see ourselves as part of a continuum; a process we call growing so we feel secure. What happened so many thousands of years ago? We started creating abstraction layers around some very basic instincts and concepts. We learned about complexity, one little bit at a time. We started defining reality.
